Hydrate - Drink lots of water before, during, and after your ride. DEFIANCE FUEL water is available for purchase at our front desk in addition to our bottle filler/water fountain.
Fuel - we don't recommend riding on an empty stomach. Try a meal a few hours before your ride, or a light snack up to 30 minutes prior to class time.
Gear - we suggest wearing fitted workout pants or shorts and a lightweight, breathable top. Towels will be provided for all your sweat & shower needs.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. We want to take care of you and make friends!
First-time riders (regardless of experience) must check in at least 5 minutes prior to class to insure your safety.
Our Pack Leaders will help you set up your bike and answer any questions. Your instructor will provide a thorough explanation of how we ride: with hand and bike positions & basic choreography.
